VH1's 'Last Days of Left Eye'

The Atlanta Film Festival’s Opening Night Film and After Party for, VH1’s 'Last Days of Left Eye' showcased the documentary Thursday night at the Atlantic Station. The film draws from Lisa Lopes' own video footage filmed during the last month of her life as she retreats to the Honduras with friends and family for a spiritual getaway. Lopes opens up and speaks candidly while shedding some light on her limited involvement with the promotion of TLC's 'Fan Mail' CD, and of course, her tumultuous relationship with Andre Rison. Definitely sounds like a must-see. There were so many rumors surrounding her death, it would be interesting to take a more intimate look.
