Beyoncé & Jay-Z were spotted relaxing on the beaches of Mexico this past weekend during a two-day vacation that bought them some quiet time in what looked to be a picturesque piece of tranquility while it lasted. Still, they couldn't manage to dodge those crafty paparazzi. Too bad, still fab.
