Beyonce visited the Carmello-impregnated hostess LaLa (...for all you late comers, I'm so serious - she's reportedly due in March) on MTVs "TRL" Thursday to perform. Not surprising that B was working a bit of her new spaz swag here and there, but the girl does her thing when she wants to. I can't complain.
