Tony & Eva announced this morning that they are planning to marry and are officially engaged. According to People.com, Tony proposed to Eva here in Los Angeles Wednesday at her home. Say what you will about Eva, and maybe you can just call me Miss Cleo, but I had no doubt when these two first started dating that Eva had this one in the bag. I came across Al Roker on the Today Show today, sitting with Beyonce on the set during the making of the upcoming critically acclaimed film, Dreamgirls. Of course, I tried to Youtube-it with no success, but did find an even more in depth clip of the making of the movie, behind-the-scenes with the director, Jamie Foxx, Anika Noni Rose, Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson and more of the cast and crew. I was already far too pumped about seeing the film, and after seeing this footage - I need to get to a screening like yesterday.


Jamie Foxx says some amazing things about Beyonce, and Bey has some pretty interesting things to say about Jennifer Hudson. Dreamgirls is in theaters everywhere December 22nd.

Ashanti visited MTV's TRL hostess, Vanessa Minnillo on Tuesday in New York. I don't know how I feel about the lovely lady lump crowned on her head, but the makeup and outfit is working for her.

Kim Porter Spotted in NYC Glowing & Showing

Kim Porter was spotted in New York this week,
all smiles and no doubt ready to burst.

If you somehow missed flicks of Diddy & Kim's recent baby shower circulating the net, here the two are basquing in all their expecting, pink glory at the shower.
People Reports:

The pair celebrated the impending arrival of twin girls with a lavish “Little Miss Diddys’ Pretty in Pink” gathering in New York City on Sunday, November 19th.

“This is the greatest party I’ve ever had,” Diddy, wearing a cotton-candy-pink button-down shirt, told the crowd. “I’m so excited to have girls, but I know I’m in trouble now!”

Guests including rapper LL Cool J and socialite Denise Rich feasted on shrimp, pink cocktails, specially made pink M&Ms and Perrier Jouet champagne in pink floral bottles.

There were also gifts galore – a pink and white Ga Ga Designs chandelier from Denzel Washington, a custom-made changing table from Jay-Z and two cream-colored cribs from LL Cool J.

Diddy told the crowd how he found out Porter, with whom he has a son, Christian, 8, was expecting.

"It wasn’t something that was planned,” he said. “Kim and I were sitting down at Nobu and she had told me she was pregnant and I was happy. And she was like, ‘That’s not it.’

Porter went on to say the babies would be twin girls - and Diddy said he considered himself more blessed than Michael Richards at a white supremacy rally.

Porter, who is due in the middle of December, teared up when Diddy professed his love for her in front of their friends and family.

“I just thank God that I have a woman and a friend who has been down with me with my faults and my flaws and my B.S. and all that stuff,” he said. “She’s my best friend. I love her with all my heart.”

Having girls is going to bring out the rapper’s softer side, said Porter, who last week wrapped a new TV show, Wicked, Wicked Gangs, with Tatum O’Neal.

“I see the way he’s been acting,” she told People magazine. “He said, ‘I can’t wait for them to fall asleep on my chest.’ He’s going to be very hands on. I don’t think he’s going to be able to say no to them.”
