The Black Ball reception to support the Keep A Child Alive benefit attracted a beautiful crowd Thursday night. Alicia Keys and Iman hosted the Conde Nast event in the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC. Gayle King, Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes, and Kimora & Russell Simmons to name just a few, were also in attendance.
