Whitney Houston was spotted accompanied by Clive Davis at the 17th Annual Carousel of Hope Ball presented by Mercedes Benz in Beverly Hills at the Beverly Hilton on Saturday. Oscar(R) winning actors, Halle Berry, Sir Sidney Poitier and Sir Michael Caine, among others also attended.

It is SO good to see her healthy and in good spirits.
